BY COURIER SERVICE: You can receive your purchase in the place of your choice by using our cooperative courier service with a small fee.

COLLECT AT STORE: You may visit our Collect Point on working days and hours (Monday to Thursday from 9.30 up to 16.30 and Friday from 9.30 up to 14.30) and collect your purchase without any additional charge. (Please carry with you the ORDER NUMBER at your presence in the store.)

DELIVERY INFORMATION: All Completed Orders, registered into the e-commerce until 13.30 on weekdays, are executed the same day (Orders registered after 13.30 or during weekend and holidays are processed the next business day). Deliveries on the Next Business Day, for orders up to €100 purchase, charged € 2,5. For any purchase above € 100 there is a free shipping. Besides the above situations for areas designated as inaccessible (by the shipping company), there is an additional charge of € 4,5 and delivery time may be up to 3 working days.

Deliveries are not available at weekends and holidays besides specific exceptions*

(*in some cases there is an option for delivery on Saturdays with additional charge € 2,5)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: At the time of receipt your order, you must check the condition of the product and its package in order to identify any problems created by the transfer. In such a case DO NOT proceed to receipt the product but instead contact us immediately.

AVAILABILITY TIME: Orders shall remain valid and available for receipt until the end of 4 working days after registration. In case of not respond to complete the receipt, orders will be canceled.
