In case of your purchased product meets one of the following situations:
– Technical Problem – Malfunction: in case of any technical problems or malfunction of your product
– DOA (Dead On Arrival): In the unlikely event the product is not working at the time of receipt (and exist specific DOA policy provided by the manufacturer) your product will be replaced.
